Trouble Logging In?
If you are having trouble logging into a Vista class, please consult the login checklist to help diagnose the problem.
Check Your Browser!
The most important thing you can do to avoid technical problems while using Vista is to make sure your browser is properly configured. You can find a link to the Browser Check on the main vista.ncsu.edu page, or on the entry page when logged into Vista.
The Browser Check should return all green checks. If it returns any red X's, follow the instructions in the Browser Check to correct any problems. Vista requires a validated browser, Java, cookies, Javascript, and pop-up windows. For complete browser troubleshooting, see the Browser Tuneup pages.
